Form Full Body - STRENGTH EXPRESS

Want to make sure your whole body is worked from the head to your toes? Then this is the class for you! Lower and upper body strength exercises, cardio bursts, and core work in this high energy class! We can guarantee you will break a sweat and leave feeling every muscle in your body. Prior to joining your first Form Full Body Strength class, we advise you to complete a Fitness Assessment with our team to help us help you in the gym.

This fast paced 45 min muscular strength class will incorporate upper body, lower body and core circuits using the TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands and balls. The TRX suspension training system allows you to use your own body weight as resistance. Helping to develop strength, balance, core stability and coordination.

Form barre

FORM BARRE is a full body muscular endurance-based workout that is inspired from yoga, Pilates, and ballet. But don’t get too worried, you DO NOT need ballet experience to take this class! Clients can expect to target small muscle groups using tiny weights and controlled movements. Muscles are pushed to the point of fatigue, often resulting in “the shake”! You will come out of class feeling muscles you have never felt before! Barre socks are required for this class, and can be purchased at the front desk before your first class.

Form BARRE FLOW

FORM BARRE FLOW is a full body muscular endurance-based workout that is based on the FORM BARRE method, but is faster paced and more challenging with little to no breaks between exercises and movements. It is low impact but is sure to raise your heart rate in no time using high repetition as well as slow, controlled intentional movements. Clients can expect to work on core stability and balance a little more intensely as most of the movement will be done in the center of the studio. By combining and targeting more than one or two muscle groups at a time, and adding level changes throughout the workout you can expect to feel that “burn” and “shake” in more than one place at the same time. Barre socks are required for this class, and can be purchased at the front desk before your first class.

FORM FUSION is a full-body barre-and-strength fusion class. Embrace the shakes in this fast-paced workout that challenges your balance and mobility using asymmetrical strength work, weight swings and classic strength moves set in sequences with choreography. Paired together, this energizing class combines the best of muscular strength and muscular endurance in a fun, safe and effective format. We suggest trying this class with 8-15lb weights in addition to 1-5lb weights, resistance tubes and bands, balls and sliders. Don't be surprised if you see a kettlebell, step or TRX making an appearance from time to time.

METABOLIC MIXER is specifically designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause. The class incorporates heavy lifting for short duration and short bursts of cardio for maximal strength building, bone density, and weight management. Clients can expect to use the heavy weights, heavy bands, and work hard. Exercises will target a variety of muscle groups. The class is organized in one circuit completed twice through, with interval cardio bursts sprinkled in between.
